EPL Team of the Week 11

Cape Town - Liverpool and Arsenal were the big losers this week but who makes Sport24's English Premiership Team of the Week?

Liverpool were unable to stop the rampant Chelsea train despite taking an early lead at Anfield. Chelsea responded with goals from Gary Cahill and Diego Cost, 10th goal of the campaign, as league leaders Chelsea continued their unbeaten start to the season. The Reds now lie in, wounded, in 11th position.

Arsenal let their lead, courtesy of a goal from none other than Alexis Sanchez, slip as they conceded two goals in three minutes against a resurgent Swansea City. The Swans win lifted them ahead of Arsenal on the table with the Welsh side now lying in fifth place, one ahead of their victims.

Just four games ago Newcastle were deep in the relegation zone with Alan Pardew on the verge of joining the unemployment ranks. Pardew is now dreaming of taking his Newcastle side into Europe following a comfortable 2-0 win away at West Brom.

Manchester City were twice saved by Sergio Aguero as the defending champions drew with QPR while cross town rivals Manchester United did just enough to overcome a well organised Crystal Palace at Old Trafford. Juan Mata's 67th strike the difference between the two sides.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...
