English Premiership Team of the Week 11:

1. Jack Butland (Stoke City) - Six top class saves gets the 22-year-old the nod for 'keeper ahead of Tim Howard.

2. Nicolas Otamendi (Manchester City) - The defender has been instrumental for the 'Noisey Neighbours' playing alongside club captain Vincent Kompany.

3. Mamadou Sakho (Liverpool) - One wonders why the defender, when fit, has been warming the bench all this time. The French international has been rock solid for the Merseyside Reds.

4. Laurent Koscielny (Arsenal) - When fit Koscielny is one of the best defenders in the league. Arsenal kept yet another clean sheet this past weekend.

5. Steven Davis (Southampton) - Davis' work rate in the middle of the park paid off in the end with a goal to his name against a fierce Bournemouth side.

6. Mesut Ozil (Arsenal) - The midfielder has had many plaudits hold their negative comments back this season. The German's statistics this season alone are the reason Arsenal are vying for top spot alongside City.

7. Riyad Mahrez (Leicester City) - Keeps on impressing week-in-week-out and sooner or later will be snapped up by a bigger club. Rumours surfacing that Manchester United are keen admirers.

8. Gerard Deulofeu (Everton) - An assist and a goal. The Spaniard has been electrifying thus far for the Blue side of Merseyside.

9. Philippe Coutinho (Liverpool) - What can one say about this fella? He did it against the champions and rattled the net twice.

10. Arouna Koné (Everton) - If Kone and Romelu Lukaku put in such performances on a weekly basis then their partnership could be deadly.

11. Odion Ighalo (Watford) - A brace of goals against West Ham United and 23 goals in the calendar year so far. His partnership with Troy Deeney has been a fruitful one for the club.
