Deulofeu expected to sign for Everton

Cape Town - Barcelona winger Gerard Deulofeu is reportedly set to make his return to the English Premiership.

The Liverpool Echo report that Everton are set to land Barcelona winger Gerard Deulofeu on a permanent deal.

The deal is expected to be announced shortly after the Premier League club reached a deal with their La Liga counterparts.

Deulofeu spent the 2013-14 season on loan at Goodison Park but will now join Roberto Martinez' side on a permanent deal in a move worth £5 million.

It is reported that Barcelona have included an option to buy-back the Spanish U21 international starlet. 

Deulofeu joins Tom Cleverly as summer arrivals for the Toffees after the Manchester United midfielder agreed to join Everton following his release from the Old Trafford club.
