Fiorentina have agreed a deal with Chelsea over the sale of Juan Cuadrado according to the Independent.
Cuadrado is due to have complete his medical at Chelsea on Saturday, ruling the Colombian out of the Blues clash against defending champions Manchester City late on Saturday.
The 26-year-old attacking midfielder has reportedly agreed personal terms with the Blues, who are set to pay his Serie A club a fee in the region of £26.1 million.
Cuadrado shot into world football's limelight as he starred for Colombia during the World Cup in Brazil.
Although unconfirmed at this stage, Chelsea are willing to let Mohamed Salah join Fiorentina on a long-term loan as part of the deal.
