Cape Town - Benfica are bracing themselves for another Chelsea raid after Anderson Talisca caught the attention of Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.
The Daily Star report that Jose Mourinho is interested in bringing another Brazilian to Stamford Bridge.
"The Special One" wants to add Anderson Talisca to the four other Brazilians already at the club but may have to wait until the 20-year-old star is capped by his national side.
If Talisca joins the Blues, he will link up with Willian, Oscar, Filipe Luis and Ramires at the London club.
"I think Benfica hired well." said Mourinho, when discussing Talisca's move from Bahia to Benfica in the summer.
"They say Talisca is
unknown, but he is only so unknown because he's only not playing in England
because he doesn't have a work permit. If he had one, he would be here!"
"There were many English teams, great teams and important, that wanted him. Moreover, there were those who wanted to sign him, even though he could not play for now.
"They wanted to sign him, put him in a minor league [on
loan] and hope that eventually he came to be selected [for Brazil's national
team], and would consequently then get the work permit," Mourinho told
Portuguese broadcaster TVI24.
Chelsea have recently signed David Luiz and Nemanja Matic from the Portuguese side.
