Johannesburg - Former Bafana Bafana coach Pitso Mosimane is in Holland studying modern coaching trends in football, according to a report on the Sowetan website.
Mosimane will attend an advanced workshop along with 24 other selected coaches. The World Football Academy, which has Guus Hiddink as an ambassador, is hosting the five-day seminar that starts on Tuesday.
Mosimane was sacked as coach after Bafana drew 1-1 against unfancied Ethiopia in their opening match of the 2014 Soccer World Cup qualifiers in Phokeng, outside Rustenburg earlier this month.
The vacant Bafana Bafana coaching post is now a two-horse race between Gordon Igesund and Steve Komphela.
Both men, who are noted to be good man-managers, will make another presentation to the SA Football Association (SAFA) national executive committee on June 30.
