Johannesburg - Fulham midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi has revealed his delight at signing for Crystal Palace on loan for the rest of the season.
The loan move ends a miserable spell for Dikgacoi at the Cottagers and he will now be looking to play as much first-team football as possible at the Eagles.
Speaking for the first time since making the move, Dikgacoi told Palace's official website that he is excited about the challenge which lies ahead.
"I'm very pleased with the move," he said.
"It's a chance to get some game time and that will help my chances of playing for my national team.
"I know (the Championship) is quite an intensive league so it should be an interesting week and I'm looking forward to the game on Saturday."
Palace are currently struggling at the wrong end of the Championship and Dikgacoi will be tasked with helping the club stay in England's second division.
