Cape Town - Ajax Cape Town coach Roger de Sa says it's hard to predict who will be crowned Nedbank Cup champions this weekend.
De Sa's two former clubs, Orlando Pirates and Wits, will battle for the R6m prize at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on Saturday afternoon.
The 49-year-old De Sa, who joined the Urban Warriors from Pirates in January, exclusively told Sport24 that with both teams on top of their game, the Soweto giants might come out victorious as they are eager to make amends for the three cup finals they lost under De Sa's reign earlier in the season.
"It's very difficult to predict this one," said De Sa.
"Both teams are playing good football with good coaches as well.
"Wits might feel a bit blown from Pappy Fatty's injury. There might be a possibility of penalties and even on penalties it will still be hard to predict.
"Both Moeneeb (Josephs) and Senzo (Meyiwa) are good when it comes to saving penalties, so you will never know who will end on top.
"But if I have to pick one team I'll go for Pirates. I'm sure they wouldn't want to play all cup finals with nothing to show at the end of the day," he added.
Wits defeated last year's winners, Kaizer Chiefs, 3-1 on penalties after a 2-all stalemate to book a place in the final, while the Happy People's 2-1 triumph over Maritzburg United was a golden ticket to their fourth consecutive cup final in the current campaign.
The much anticipated clash is scheduled to kick off at 15:30.
