I watched the start of this game as well as the Anthem that was sing before the game.... I have no idea who sang the anthem but they give Ras Dumisani a good run for his money... And when it came to "The Stem" part, the one singer got the words wrong, causing the commentators to actually start laughing.......And as for the premier and who ever else including the players on the field hardly did any attempt to sing the anthem....The crowd only settled down and showed some respect when the 4th line of the anthem was already sang.... I am sorry to say, but if this is the way the soccer supporters feel about the anthem, and a Premier of a province who does not even attempt to sing the anthem of the country where he is a leader, then I am ashamed of being a South African....

Impi.. why get rid of "The Stem" part ?? Hell why not get rid of the whole freaking anthem ?? Seen that not even the players, the supporters of even the PREMIER of Limpopo was interested in singing it..... @Phala, after the Anthem fiasco I was not even interested in watching the game anymore...... I am sooooooo happy my visa apllication for Australia is in process, cause to live in this country has turned into a joke....

If the lead singer does not sing properly its hard for even the supporters to follow. Suppoerters were dumbfounded by the way the lead singers handled the anthem. You dont even know when to start joining in when the song does not sound like the anthem you know. Organisers should find volunteer singers to train now if 2010 anthem is to be done proffessionally. Actually it was the supporters who finally sang the anthem.

I think starting from the stadium to the entertainment and food should i say more. all was a joke, the municipality really doent take this matter serious as it should. Firstly is the stadium completed because to me it seems not. why latest design but with only one shaded grand stand? clearly you can see the stadium was designed for more thatn one shade but someone is guilty for not completing the entire plan(hope money was not stolen) The screens instead of showing us the game and highlights they give up their local sponsors cant they put that on some billboards and let us watch the game? the national anthem was a joke who ever was singing it was worse than Dumisani Ras. Coming to the entertainment I think the municipality is taking the community as a joke, an opening of the world cup venue and no proper planning the dancers where horrible thats why the booo from the croud. Last words from me and the rest of so many people who attended "please finish the design of the stadium because there is no one who is going to sit in the sun and enjoy a soccer match at the same time. Bring proper entertainment and please better singers it was embarrasing having that person singing our national anthem.
