Chiefs duo earn Palace trial

Johannesburg - Kaizer Chiefs duo Siphiwe Tshabalala and Itumeleng Khune will undergo trials at English Championship side Crystal Palace.

Star winger Tshabalala will attend a ten-day trial in January, with Chiefs captain and goalkeeper Khune heading over in February as he continues his recovery from a reported back complaint.

Both Bafana Bafana players have six months left on their current deals with the Glamour Boys.

Their stay at Selhurst Park should be made easier by the presence of national team-mate Kagisho Dikgacoi, who joined Palace in July last year.
