Cape Town - Manchester City have the advantage in their Champions League clash with Dynamo Kiev, and will be expecting to finish the job at the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday.

The English side have a 3-1 aggregate lead over their Ukrainian opposition thanks to goals from Sergio Aguero, David Silva and Yaya Toure in the first leg in Kiev, making them well positioned to progress to the quarter-finals.

For City, the first leg was followed by a penalty shootout victory over Liverpool in the League Cup before the Reds got revenge with a 3-0 defeat in the Premier League, but they returned to winning ways with a 4-0 thrashing of rock-bottom Aston Villa before falling to a disappointing draw against Norwich at the weekend.

Dynamo have been victorious in both of their domestic league games since the first leg, beating Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk and Karpaty Lviv to retain their position of first in the Ukrainian Premier League.

However, Dynamo will need at least three goals without reply to avoid being knocked out, as City's away goals mean that Dynamo have to do more than just level the scores on aggregate, while a 3-1 win for the visitors is the only result that would take the game to extra time.

In team news, City have been boosted by Yaya Toure's return to training, but they are still missing a trio of midfielders, with Fabian Delph (calf/shin), Kevin De Bruyne (lateral collateral ligament), and Samir Nasri (hamstring) all ruled out until next month.

Dynamo will be without Mykola Morozyuk (knee) for the match, but the defensive midfielder looks to be their only injury concern.
