Ramos: PSG clash 'like a final'

Cape Town - Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos believes the Champions League last-16 clash with Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday will be like a final.

Los Merengues claimed an important 3-1 victory in the first leg at Santiago Bernabeu last month, and are now aiming to book their place in the quarter-finals by getting past PSG in Paris.

Despite their lead heading into the decisive leg, Ramos knows PSG will be tough to contain and has warned his teammates that they will have no room for error.

"Our approach and our concentration are priorities, we must have 20 senses," said Ramos, according to the Express.

"There is no room for error, as one failure can leave us out. It is an important day, like a final.

"We're not here to gift anything away, so we can't have a lack of attitude."

PSG will be fighting for a spot in the last eight without star winger Neymar, who is out injured, but Ramos has backed former teammate Angel di Maria to fill the void.

He added: "Neymar is a different player and he is always dangerous, but I know who can replace him. It's Di Maria, he's another great player."
