Moura: We have the quality to qualify

Cape Town - Lucas Moura remains hopeful that Tottenham Hotspurs will still qualify for the knockout stage of the Champions League.

Spurs' have just one point from their three games played thus far and threw away two vital points as they drew 2-2 with PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday.

Mauricio Pochettino's side had earlier lost to Inter Milan despite leading in the tie, as well as to Barcelona when ravaged with injury.

In third place in Group B with just one point, it seems that progression for the north London club is unlikely - with Inter on six, while Barca have nine points. PSV also have one point and sit behind Spurs on goal difference.

Moura, who scored alongside Harry Kane in the 2-2 draw, told Sky Sports: "We need to believe. I think we can qualify, and we believe.

"We have three games left. We have the quality to qualify. We have to keep working, so let's look forward to the next game.

"I'm a little bit sad because I scored, and we played well. We had control of the game and we could have finished it and score the third, but we didn't - that's football."

Up next for Tottenham is a Premier League clash with Manchester City on Monday night.
