UEFA ban Dortmund coach

Nyon - Borussia Dortmund coach Juergen Klopp must serve a two-match Champions League ban for his "irresponsible" rant at a match official.

UEFA says the automatic one-match suspension after his sending off for "pestering a match official" has been increased to a two-match sanction.

Klopp angrily confronted the fourth official during Dortmund's 2-1 defeat at Napoli on September 18.

The German coach served the first match of his sanction during Dortmund's 3-0 victory against Marseille on Tuesday.

Klopp will be prevented from working with his team at an away match against Arsenal on October 22.

He can appeal the sanction.
