Nasri can see City exit

Cape Town - Manchester City's attacking midfielder Samir Nasri will leave the club if he is told that his services are not required according to the Daily Mail.

With the Citizens Champions League participation hanging by a thread, Samir Nasri has revealed there will be "new players" at the Etihad if they are eliminated from the competition.

"I do not know if I will leave the club. If they come to me and they tell me to pack my bags, I will leave." Nasri told BeIn Sports.

Nasri believes City "have more qualities" than their Italian foes and if his teammates stick to their game then a win will follow.

The French midfielder warned against being apprehensive despite the consequences that may follow if City fail to beat Roma.

Manchester City will in all likelihood qualify if they beat Roma in Rome on Wednesday.

Roma host Manchester City at the Olimpico Stadium at 21:45.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
