Johannesburg - Orlando Pirates and SuperSport United went into half-time level at 0-0 after a goalless opening stanza in their MTN8 second-leg semi-final at Orlando Stadium on Saturday evening.

Bucs striker Benni McCarthy was sent off in first-half injury time for an off-the-ball incident involving SuperSport player Franklin Cale.

Bucs can still win it even without Benni.

sorry prince. pie-ratewill not win. but i think pie-rate need to rethink about bennie. he is a big liability. he is still gonna fight players and referees, including his teammates. watch this space......

Benni must lead by example and channel his energies towards playing football. His unnecessary confrontational attitude and ill-discipline are doing more harm than good to his reputation and club. He must get it into his head that his sole purpose for being on the field is to play soccer and nothing else. Who knows? The Buccaneers might have secured a spot in the finals had he kept his cool. Congratulations to Matsatsantsa a Pitori.

Bucs lost the game and as ' The Happy People', we accept that even under dubious decisions by the ref. We are a team to beat, so, we must pay a price for that. The sending of Bennie, was a flop and a pure misjudgement from the ref who was not even fit to handle a game of that stature. We all the remaining team, all the best. We will bounce back. To us, this is not the end of the road. The only message I can give to Pirates Management, is to have a look at he the right man to take us to places?....for me, I shudder to mention comment for now.
