London - Wales manager Chris Coleman included Gareth Bale in his 23-man squad announced on Wednesday for next month's Soccer World Cup qualifiers against Macedonia and Serbia.
Bale, who is at the centre of a proposed world-record transfer from Tottenham Hotspur to Real Madrid, did not feature in Wales' goalless friendly draw with the Republic of Ireland in Cardiff earlier this month.
Bale, 24, was selected for that match but Coleman did not select him as the manager said he was "physically not ready" due to a foot injury.
Tottenham manager Andrew Villas-Boas was due to explain why Bale had not been seen at Spurs' training ground on either Tuesday or Wednesday at a Wednesday press conference to preview the club's Europa League play-off against Dinamo Tbilisi.
Wales are currently fourth of the six teams in World Cup qualifying Group A, with six points from six games played and are struggling to qualify for their first major finals since the 1958 World Cup at 13 points behind group leaders Belgium.
