Cape Town - SuperSport United and Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Ronwen Williams has revealed the spirit in the national team camp is excellent ahead of Saturday's clash with Libya.
Bafana meet the Mediterranean Knights in what could prove to be a crucial AFCON qualifying Group E encounter at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
Currently, the Libyans top the standings after they thrashed Seychelles in their opening match while South Africa are in second position having defeated Nigeria.
Williams is in contention for a starting place alongside Kaizer Chiefs' Itumeleng Khune as well as Bidvest Wits' Darren Keet, though Khune is likely to be number one for the Stuart Baxter-coached outfit.
Speaking to SAFA's official website, he said: "The mood is excellent in camp, all the guys are here.
"When the coach spoke to us first time when we arrived in camp he said whoever is not here there is nothing we can do about it, and there is a reason why the guys that are coming in have been selected.
"They have proven their quality, so we are looking forward to the match this weekend. We want to qualify, we want to put the points on the board.
"It's our home game and we would like to put the disappointment of last year behind us, and we want to start on a positive note."
