The senior national side clash against Libya in an Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Group E qualifier on Saturday, September 8 (kick-off is at 15:00).
A victory against the North African outfit will improve Bafana Bafana's chances of a place in the tournament next year in Cameroon.
South Africa have already won their first match of the qualifying round in an away clash against Nigeria late last year.
In a 13 second video clip posted on the official Bafana Bafana Twitter account, Khune said: "Hi, I'm Itumeleng Khune - goalkeeper of Bafana Bafana. Please come join us at Moses Mabhida on Saturday as we take on Libya in the AFCON qualifiers. Show the love."
Tickets are still on sale for R60 all round.
