Veldwijk gets surprise Bafana call-up

Cape Town - Bafana Bafana coach Shakes Mashaba has announced his 25-man squad for the upcoming 2018 Soccer World Cup qualifier against Senegal.

South Africa made a steady start to their qualifying campaign last month with 1-1 draw against Burkina Faso away from home.

Senegal were 2-0 victors in their opening qualifier against Cape Verde Islands and currently occupy top spot in Group D.
