Cape Town - The South African Football
Association (SAFA) released a statement confirming that the elections will go
ahead as planned on Saturday, March 24.
FIFA representative Phillip Chiyangwa revealed
that Ace Ncobo will not stand in the upcoming SAFA presidential elections after
a meeting held with SAFA.
Chiyangwa met with SAFA President Danny Jordaan
and Ace Ncobo and revealed that an agreement between the two parties had been
signed that ends an ugly public dispute.
