Cape Town - Bafana Bafana take on Libya in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday.

The North African outfit began their qualifying campaign by thrashing Seychelles 5-1 while South Africa defeated Nigeria away from home in Uyo.

Currently, the Mediterranean Knights lead Group E followed by Bafana Bafana due to goal difference. In addition, the Super Eagles are in third whereas Seychelles are in fourth.

Nonetheless, Libya coach Adel Amrouche has revealed his side will play positive attacking football when they meet Bafana Bafana.

He told the SowetanLIVE website: "When people come [to] watch my team play, they will see attractive football. I'm not here to cheat.

"You don't see my players touched and stay down for 10 minutes crying."

The Algerian also admitted he was aware of the threat of Percy Tau for Stuart Baxter's side, adding: "You know me as Adel, there's one player that I like (in the Bafana squad) and he plays for my (former) team in Belgium (Royale Union Saint-Gilloise on loan from Brighton). I like him as a player and a man. He's always happy and that is Percy Tau."

Meanwhile, South Africa coach Baxter has not enjoyed an ideal lead-up to the encounter with his original squad being hit with a raft of injuries including the loss of in-form RC Strasbourg striker Lebo Mothiba.

He was subsequently replaced with Wits forward Mxolisi Macuphu.

Nonetheless, the 65-year-old believes his other forwards can do the business, saying: "With Bradley (Grobler), looking at the way Libya defends, they concede a lot of goals on set-plays.

"They have conceded a lot of goals on crosses, which is why I wanted Lebo Mothiba also as an alternative. We can start out wider, coming in from one of the flanks.

"We can start with Percy (Tau) and have the big man in the back pocket in case we need to change the game up.

"But it's good news for us that Bradley is firing because Bradley on crosses and balls being feed into the box is a little bit of a predator."

Saturday's action gets underway at 15:00.
