Mashaba names Bafana XI to face Cameroon

Cape Town - Goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune will captain Bafana Bafana in a crucial 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Cameroon.

South Africa are currently bottom their qualifying group with just one point after three matches. 

Mauritania and Cameroon lead the group on six points apiece.

Mashaba has included Tokelo Rantie up front, even though the forward has not featured for his English Premiership club, Bournemouth, at all this season. 

Also included are two other European based players, Anele Ngcongca and Andile Jali.

The match kicks-off at 16:30.

Khune (c), Ngcongca, Matlaba, Mathoho, Hlatshwayo, Masango, Jali, Kekana, Makola, Gabuza, Rantie

Subs: Keet, Coetzee, Hlanti, Shongwe, Twala, Serero, Nxumal
