Cape Town - The South African public has overwhelmingly called for the resignation of head coach Stuart Baxter ahead of a mysterious press conference on his Bafana Bafana future.
Baxter has called for a private meeting on Friday morning - away from the SAFA headquarters - with it being widely speculated that he will be announcing his resignation from the national team.
The 65-year-old guided Bafana Bafana to the quarter-finals of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt but boasts an overall record with a winning percentage of just 38% while in charge of 21 matches.
The former SuperSport United and Kaizer Chiefs coach has regularly been accused by the public of favouritism in his selections with players from former clubs he has worked with chosen over in-form players.
On hearing the news of his impending press conference, many fans have made their feelings clear by calling for the beleaguered Englishman's head.
It's the right thing to do. We can't move forward with him in charge ??

The question should be: who in their right mind would want to replace Baxter as @BafanaBafana head coach after tomorrow?
