Cape Town - The South African Football Association (SAFA) confirmed that Stuart Baxter will announce his Bafana Bafana squad to face Nigeria in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers on Monday.

The two nations will face off on Saturday, November 17 at the FNB Stadium.

Kick-off is at 15:00.

Meanwhile, Nigeria have again left out captain Mikel John Obi from next month's crucial qualifier against South Africa after they named a 23-man squad.

Bafana Bafana won the first-leg away to Nigeria 2-0 in the first fixture of the qualifiers.

After four rounds of matches played, the Super Eagles lead Group E with nine points - just one ahead of South Africa, who have accumulated eight points from two wins and two draws.

Libya are in third place with four points, followed by Seychelles on one point.

DETAILS OF THE SQUAD ANNOUNCEMENT:

Date: Monday, November 5

Time: 11:00
