South Africa are expected come out victorious against island nation who have been the whipping boys in the bracket, though Baxter’s charges come into the contest following an unconvincing performance against Libya.
The Mediterranean Knights top the standings while SA are in second and West African giants Nigeria are third.
Speaking to reporters, Baxter said: "Nigeria has some of the guys that are playing in the highest leagues in the world and earning a lot more money than our boys, and yet still they had the same challenge.
"Their coach said until they scored the first goal it was very difficult, and I've also seen Libya's game against Seychelles and until they scored the first goal it was difficult, because you don't really know where your head space is.
