Thrilling victory for Bafana

Johannesburg - Bafana Bafana beat Egypt with the final kick of their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at the Ellis Park Stadium in Johannesburg on Saturday night.

Katlego Mphela scored the winner as the match finished 1-0 to the hosts who extended their lead atop Group G and gave Pitso Mosimane's men a real chance of qualifying for the tournament itself in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea in January 2012.

The match was played in front of 20 000 spectators.
