Motupa: We are going for the kill

Cape Town - Bafana Bafana midfielder Gift Motupa says they are going "for the kill" against Mauritius in their CHAN qualifier second leg on Sunday.

Bafana won the first leg 3-0 at Dobsonville Stadium two weeks ago, but the Orlando Pirates new signing says they want to keep on winning.

"We will go for the kill," Motupa said.

“We want to wrap-up the encounter and to do that we need to win.

“Yes we won at home but we want to win away as well.

“The guys know that and they are ready to score and win.”

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
