Cape Town - South Africa's Minister of Sports and Recreation, Fikile Mbalula, and SAFA president Danny Jordaan met with FIFA to gain more clarity regarding the investigation of match-fixing allegations against Bafana Bafana.

Mbalula and Jordaan held discussions with the chairperson of FIFA’s investigatory committee for ethics in Zurich, Switzerland on Thursday.

SAFA wanted an update on the long overdue FIFA report on possible match fixing that took place during Bafana Bafana’s matches leading up to the 2010 Soccer World Cup in South Africa.
