Cape Town - Bafana Bafana captain Itumeleng Khune has heaped praise on coach Gordon Igesund after their win over world champions Spain.

Bernard Parker's clinical second half finish handed Bafana Bafana a shock 1-0 victory in an international friendly at FNB Stadium on Tuesday night.
Khune, who was named Man of the Match, said they had planned extensively for the match and thanked Igesund for showing faith in his players.
In an interview with the Soccer-Laduma website, Khune said the coach's tactics were spot on.
Bafana executed tactically what they wanted to do. The plan was to allow Spain to have the ball in certain areas, and when they got wide, Bafana made sure Spain wouldn't get a cross in but play it back.
Khune said it allowed them to create more chances than Spain and even suggested they could have made the score three or four nil!
He said the fact that they took the game to Spain - instead of just defending - paid dividends.
The Kaizer Chiefs shot-stopper concluded by saying the result proved that South Africa can compete with the best players in Europe on a consistent basis.
