Dolly targeting home win

Cape Town - Keagan Dolly is looking forward to Bafana Bafana's 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Nigeria in Cape Town.

Bafana Bafana will host Nigeria in their second Group A qualifier at the Cape Town Stadium on Wednesday night. Kick-off is at 20:00.

“I think it’s one of my dreams to play for my country and even more to face one of the top teams. I know what to expect and we are focused on our game plan,” said Dolly.

Dolly made his debut against Sudan on Friday and is looking forward to playing in front of his home crowd in national team colours.

Dolly told supersport.com that “obviously, it gives me more confidence playing in front of friends and family but then we still have to work hard and take the game much more seriously than ever because Nigeria lost their first game.”

“I have been watching Nigeria since my early childhood and they have always produced talented players and really good teams so it’s not going to be an easy game but we will be ready.” said the Ajax Cape Town youngster.

“We have a good combination of young and experienced Players even as everyone sees us as an inexperienced bunch but we will grow in confidence and gain more experience as we play together.”

“Sudan was like a baptism of fire and for many of us, it was different, the playing surface, the fans, the temperature but we stuck to the instructions and I am happy to come away with a winning debut.” added Dolly.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
