CAR to reveal Bafana venue

Johannesburg - The SA Football Association says Central African Republic will announce the neutral venue for their 2014 World Cup qualifer against Bafana Bafana on Tuesday.

"The match is scheduled to take place early in June this year," Safa confirmed on Friday.

"CAR has notified Fifa that they will only inform them of the venue on Tuesday."

Bafana secured a 2-0 win over CAR in Cape Town last month, but the return match will not be played in CAR due to security concerns in the central African nation. Reports this week suggested the match could be played in Cameroon.

South Africa are lying second in Group A of the African qualifying campaign, two points behind group leaders Ethiopia.
