According to the Football411 website, security concerns in the capital city of Bangui has seen FIFA move the Group A clash to a neutral venue, although the arena is still to be announced by the country's footballing body.
"The Central African Republic Football Federation is currently finalising the match arrangements. We should receive the details by the end of this week," a FIFA media spokesman said on Tuesday.
The two sides will square up on June 7, with South African looking to take away top-spot in the group from Ethiopia, who currently lead Gordon Igesund's men by two points, while CAR are in third, a further two points off the pace after three matches each.
