Johannesburg -Bafana Bafana midfielder Reneilwe Letsholonyane is backing his team to finish off their 2012 African Cup of Nations qualifying campaign on a high note.
South Africa currently top Group G ahead of Niger, Sierra Leone and eliminated Egypt, and are within touching distance of qualification for the showpiece.
While Letsholonyane is preaching caution ahead of two difficult matches - away to Niger and at home against Sierra Leone, the Kaizer Chiefs midfielder is confident Bafana Bafana will pick up the points they need to qualify.
"Obviously, it will not be like a walk in park for us in Niger but we are going there with one thing in mind - victory," Letsholonyane told the Sowetan.
"We drew in Freetown against Sierra Leone last year and in Cairo against Egypt and we are itching for our first win away from home in these qualifiers.
"It will also be good for us to win because that will be enough for us to qualify for the finals next year.
"I don't doubt our ability to do well in our remaining two matches of the qualifiers."
Bafana Bafana travel to Stade Général Seyni Kountché in Niamey in September to face Niger, before hosting Sierra Leone at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth in October.
