Cape Town - South Africa will play their 300th match as Bafana Bafana when they tackle Morocco in a friendly next month.
SAFA earlier this week confirmed to Sport24 that Bafana will face the Atlas Lions in two friendly clashes.
The first encounter is scheduled for October 11 in Agadir City, with Morocco then visiting South Africa for the 'return' fixture next year at a yet to be determined venue.
According to the SowetanLIVE website, the first friendly will mark South Africa's 300th match since re-admission in 1992.
Bafana's first international was played against Cameroon on July 7, 1992 and ended in a 1-0 victory as a late Doctor Khumalo penalty settled the match in favour of the home side in Durban.
Bafana have won 130 of their 299 games to date, with 87 defeats and 82 draws, scoring 358 goals and conceding 282 in the process.
