Bafana brace for Nigeria duel

Johannesburg - Bafana Bafana arrived back in Johannesburg shortly before 10:00 on Saturday morning, following their terrific 3-0 victory over Sudan in their opening 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) qualifier on Friday.

As it happened: Sudan v Bafana Bafana

Second-half replacement Sibusiso Vilakazi scored a stunning brace as South Africa eased past their hosts in Khartoum on Friday night, sending them top of Group A after the first rounds of fixtures.

Bafana were due to catch a flight to Cape Town immediately after arriving back in the country ahead of their second qualifier against defending AFCON champions, Nigeria, on Wednesday.

Nigeria are due to take on Congo Brazzaville in Nigeria on Saturday afternoon, in the pair's opening group A clash.
