According to KickOff, Jordaan sees 2015 as a challenging year for South African football but one that he is excited about.
"2015 promises to be a very challenging year for us," Jordaan said.
"We currently have three teams in camp. I can't remember the last time this happened in South Africa.
"Equatorial Guinea is not the end of the road, it is the beginning of the road. We are in a group where only the best are."
Speaking at a press conference ahead of Bafana Bafana’s departure for Gabon, Jordaan adds that Shakes Mashaba has changed the thinking of the way players react when playing away as well.
"Previously we used to fight for draws in away matches. Shakes has changed that thinking."
