Johannesburg - Emmanuel Adebayor admits that he has found it hard to come to terms with the gun attack on Togo's team bus.
The Manchester City striker was unhurt in the ambush but three people, including an assistant coach, were fatally wounded.
Four days after the attack, the 25-year-old says he is still feeling the emotional after-effects of the frightening ordeal.
"It is no good at all. Emotionally it is very difficult, but it is part of life," he said on Sky Sports News.
"This was one of the bad moments in my life. To be honest emotionally, it is very difficult to explain, very difficult to talk about."
