Cape Town - Renowned cartoonist Zapiro has responded to Fikile Mbalula after the South African sports minister lashed out at one of his cartoons.
A Zapiro cartoon which appeared on Times Live last week portrayed new Springbok coach Allister Coetzee attempting to balance transformation and winning at the same time.
Mbalula took issue with the cartoon and took to Twitter, referring to it as "racism" and "insulting".
How is it that Newspapers allow such racism to be published ?
