WP v Blue Bulls in Craven Week 'final'

Cape Town - Western Province will take on the Blue Bulls in the unofficial 'final' of the U18 Craven Week at Grey College in Bloemfontein on Saturday.

Earlier in the week, the Cape side beat neighbours Boland (50-24) and hosts Free State (51-14), while the Blue Bulls claimed narrow wins over Border (35-24) and Western Province XV (36-34).

In the curtain raiser to Saturday's main match, unbeaten South Western Districts will face the Western Province XV, essentially WP's B team.

The only other team to have won both of their two games, the Griffons, take on the Sharks, who have lost both of their matches.

Hosts Free State are up against the Golden Lions, with both sides having won and lost a match.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
