2. WORLD RUGBY HSBC SEVENS

Neil Powell's Blitzboks side could wrap up this season's title in Paris this weekend.

Currently 25 points ahead of Fiji in the standings heading into the penultimate tournament, victory in France would give them their first title since 2008/09.

The Blitzboks will play Scotland, Japan and Canada in the pool stages.

3. SPANISH GRAND PRIX

Start your engines gentlemen! Well, get your technicians to do so for you, but you know what we mean!

The F1 circus roars into Barcelona this weekend with all eyes on the battle between Mercedes pair Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas.

The 'fifth' Major on the golfing calendar takes place at the TPC Sawgrass.

5. SUPER RUGBY EXTRAVAGANZA!

But the real bruising rugby in Round 13 could well go down in Christchurch at 09:35 (SA time) when the unbeaten Crusaders host the defending champion Hurricanes.
