Sevens star reportedly set for Bulls deal

Cape Town - Blitzboks star Rosko Specman is reportedly set to be the latest player to turn his full-time attention to 15-man rugby.

According to Afrikaans Sunday newspaper Rapport, Specman will sign a two-year deal with the Bulls that will start ahead of next year's Super Rugby season.

The 29-year-old does have 15s experience, having previously turned out for the Sharks, Cheetahs and Pumas.

Specman will join the likes of Kwagga Smith (Lions), Ruhan Nel (Western Province) and Dylan Sage (Bulls), who have all given up Sevens to play 15s on a full-time basis.

The report adds that Specman will be available for the Dubai and Cape Town legs of the World Sevens Series later this year.
