New Currie Cup coach for Bulls

Cape Town - Hendre Marnitz has been appointed as the Blue Bulls’ new Currie Cup coach.

He will take over from Nollis Marais next season with the latter to focus on his job as head coach of the Bulls’ Super Rugby team.

Marnitz coached the Blue Bulls Under-21 side this past season. He will be assisted by Denzil Frans (forwards) and Hayden Groepes (backs and technical).  

This comes after the Bulls on Monday announced several new appointments across their coaching hierarchy.

Anton Leonard will be forwards coach in Super Rugby alongside Marais, with David Manual as the backline coach.

Backs: David Manuel

Technical: John-William Meyer and Divan Strydom

Team Manager: Tim Dlulane

Baggage Master: Elias Bennet

Blue Bulls:
