Edinburgh - Matias Moroni will start at outside centre for Argentina against Scotland at Murrayfield on Saturday.
The Pumas will be looking to bounce back from last weekend's 28-13 loss to France in Lille, with coach Mario Ledesma making one change to his back division and in the pack.
Moroni comes off the bench to switch places with Matias Orlando.
Up front Rodrigo Bruni starts at openside flanker, with Guido Petti moving to the second row instead of Matias Alemanno.
Argentina have also altered the balance of their replacements to give them more backline options, with wing Sebastian Cancelliere and scrumhalf Martin Landajo both on the bench.
Scotland named their side on Wednesday.
Gregor Townsend, the Scotland coach, made eight changes - with Finn Russell and Adam Hastings deployed as dual playmakers - from the side that lost 26-20 to South Africa at Murrayfield last week.
