Kiwi Grice signs for Oyonnax

Lyon - Kiwi backrow forward Rory Grice has left Grenoble to join newly-promoted Top 14 club Oyonnax on a two-year contract.

The 27-year-old Grice has been with Grenoble since 2014, proving himself to be a doughty defender over 60 appearances.

His time at Grenoble was soured, however, by his involvement, along with teammates Loick Jammes and Denis Coulson, in an alleged gang rape after a match in Bordeaux in March.

Grice was suspended by Grenoble and a police investigation is ongoing.
