French duo extend stay at Meyer's Stade Francais

Paris - France internationals Remi Bonfils and Antoine Burban have extended their contracts with Stade Francais, the only club either player has been with as professionals.

Bonfils, a 30-year-old hooker capped twice by France, signed up for two more seasons while 31-year-old flanker Burban, who has four France caps to his name, agreed to three supplementary years.

Burban hasn't played at all this season because of a knee injury, with Stade - who are coached by former Springbok mentor Heyneke Meyer - currently sitting in eighth spot, just one point off the Top 14 playoff positions for the first six in the league.
