Paris - Stade Francais's Fiji wing Josaia Raisuqe has been hit with a 15-week ban for eye-gouging, European Rugby organisers (EPCR) said on Wednesday.
Raisuqe was sent-off for his offence during last weekend's European Champions Cup match against Munster.
Despite the wing's absence for the entire second half, Stade still won 27-7 but Raisuqe has been punished for his moment of madness in a tackle with Munster No.8 CJ Stander.
He will not be able to play again until May 9, meaning he will not take any further part in this season's competition unless the Parisians reach the final.
