Cape Town - All Blacks legend Daniel Carter will run out in the No 12 jersey for French club Racing 92 when they tackle the Highlanders in a friendly match in Hong Kong on Saturday.
Carter has been in excellent form for the French side this season in his regular flyhalf position, but has been tried at inside centre for this match against his compatriots, France flyhalf Rémi Talès wearing the No 10 jersey.
Racing will be captained South African lock Francois van der Merwe.
South African-born loose forward Antonie Claassen, who is the son of former Springbok captain Wynand Claassen, starts at No 8, while lock Juandre Kruger and flyhalf Johan Goosen are Springboks who feature on the bench for Racing.
