Paris - All Blacks legend Dan Carter was on Friday cleared to play for Racing 92 in their French Top 14 playoff against Toulouse on Saturday after recovering from a calf injury.
The 34-year-old returned to training this week having limped out of the European Champions Cup final three weeks ago.
The 112-capped flyhalf star will line up on Saturday alongside scrumhalf Maxime Machenaud as Racing look to secure a place in the semi-finals.
Fellow New Zealander Chris Masoe has been ruled out with a shoulder injury and will be replaced at No 8 by Antonie Claassen.
