Burden joins Stade Francais as injury cover

Paris - South African hooker Craig Burden has joined Stade Francais as an injury replacement, the Paris club said on Friday.

The 30-year-old from Durban spent two seasons at Toulon before a short spell with Montpellier this year.

Stade Francais, fourth from bottom of the Top 14, want Burden to fill the temporary gap left by Remi Bonfils, who underwent shoulder surgery last month.
